Hi Helen, Happy New Year to you x

Take your thyroxine first, wait 40 mins then you can take your symprove and then 30 mins later take the ACV - or take it before you eat if that makes life easier xxx

Tracy hi there. Ok so a bit of digestive support would be useful. Perhaps over the plan try a broad digestive enzyme and see if that helps that full feeling. Something like slippery elm can be life changing for acid reflux. I would leave the apple cyder out for now. Xx

Hi Tracy, how is your digestion in general? It can be that you are actually working really well and you actually don't need the support in this area, lmk a little more and we can go from there xx

Hi Helen, I'm glad you're excited about the January plan! For a soy-free alternative to miso soup that avoids added sugars and other undesirable ingredients, you might consider a chickpea miso, which is made from fermented chickpeas instead of soybeans. It offers a similar umami flavour profile without the soy. Another option is a simple vegetable broth enriched with nutritional yeast for a boost of umami flavour. You can also add seaweed, mushrooms, or herbs like thyme and bay leaf to deepen the flavour without needing miso.

Both options should work with the daily routine in the plan - how do they sound? x
