Hi ya. Sorry I missed this one too! 🫣.  Yes you can include coffee although technically you shouldn’t as it is additional stress for the adrenals. Doing a water or juice fast once a week is brilliant for the gut and inflammation and you. Having said that putting pressure on your self to stick to it each week isn’t great. So if you can keep it flexible then try for once and week and see how it goes x

So sorry I missed this one! There are other recipes that have things like beetroot in the wahooooo I hear you say! Hahaha. It is optional. If you would prefer smoothie and soups then follow the liquid 72  xxx

Hahahah. Love this message! Focus on greeeeeens for your liver. And also if it is the morning after a big night then thinking good fats and protein will help to stabilise blood glucose levels which will be out of kilter. Electrolytes and NAC are very useful at this time too. X

Hi Anoushka.

hope you had a great Sunday too.

The answer is yes. And we will be here to support you through too.

Supplement wise those are fine, you might find the coffee intense however. But the flip side is without it you might get a crashing headache which isn’t great either. X

Hey Carla, I use the sage juicers. I think they are great. The only downside is that they are quite big 😉

Hi ya. I will have a look into that for you x

Hi Nicole, I hope you are having a lovely weekend. Juice fasting is a great way to get an influx of phytonutrient power, but it can be stressful which is definitely something you don't need. I would suggest that you eat each night, and have a light meal around 5-6 pm. OR follow the liquid 72 option. How does that sound? x

Helen yes it is and for many the impact of the alcohol on the body is the issue more than the sulphites and preservatives x
