CHOCOLATE!! I love a bit of dark chocolate, esp in the evening. Iโ€™ve just been reading about Welleco Evening Elixir with magnesium, is a chocolate drink like this good or best to keep to a simple piece of chocolate or avoid all?! What do we do for the sweet fix?! Thank you xx

So glad youโ€™re looking at Cholesterol this month Rose, as Iโ€™ve just been told that mine is high. I couldnโ€™t find the Dr on call video on it though - has it been uploaded yet? Wondering what I can do to lower mine (I already do most of the things Iโ€™ve read about online though I clawed to up my exercise)

Just did Sophie Oti's pilates workout from the Reset plan. Love'n her and this workout!  Rose Ferguson - a quick question- I've heard soy milk is good for oestrogen and works to prevent breast cancer (see nutritionfacts.org). I use it in my morning smoothie. I noticed that you do not include in your foodlists for your plans, so and I'm wondering why this is the case?

Club clinic chat! Iโ€™d really like to know your thoughts on how many times a day we should be eating, 2 or 3 meals? Snacks? And how to work out if we putting out more than taking in. Does anyone else struggle with the balance & the challenge of mindful eating? Thank you so much xxxx

Hi. I wanted to ask about the afternoon slump?! I think I eat well but I start my day early, usually fast until lunch but is this too much for an active life? I def struggle with cortisol levels?! Thank you x

Hi Rose, 

I listened to the recording and in answer to your questions - Iโ€™m currently taking the activated probiotics , i think I'm just over half way through. It is definitely helping. Once finished, what do you advise to take? 

In terms of stall tests - where can I do this please? My stall passing does fluctuate but on the whole I go mostly twice a day , and donโ€™t often feel hungry but love to eat , and do get bloated sometimes. I also have a tendency for holding a lot in emotionally which does effect my stall passing. I think I used to drink too much water so reducing that now although do a lot of exercise and do get very tired 

I also remember you mentioning about joints, I do have clicky joints, fingers and ankles.. how does this effect?
