CHOCOLATE!! I love a bit of dark chocolate, esp in the evening. Iโve just been reading about Welleco Evening Elixir with magnesium, is a chocolate drink like this good or best to keep to a simple piece of chocolate or avoid all?! What do we do for the sweet fix?! Thank you xx

Rose Ferguson - a quick question- I've heard soy milk is good for oestrogen and works to prevent breast cancer (see nutritionfacts.org). I use it in my morning smoothie. I noticed that you do not include in your foodlists for your plans, so and I'm wondering why this is the case?

I listened to the recording and in answer to your questions - Iโm currently taking the activated probiotics , i think I'm just over half way through. It is definitely helping. Once finished, what do you advise to take?
In terms of stall tests - where can I do this please? My stall passing does fluctuate but on the whole I go mostly twice a day , and donโt often feel hungry but love to eat , and do get bloated sometimes. I also have a tendency for holding a lot in emotionally which does effect my stall passing. I think I used to drink too much water so reducing that now although do a lot of exercise and do get very tired
I also remember you mentioning about joints, I do have clicky joints, fingers and ankles.. how does this effect?
