Hello. I have really been enjoying the 1st 2 phases of the metabolic reset, I have to juggle a bit & will have to shift my juice days to later next week but I think the plan gives you this flexibility. Rose, I think you know I’ve really struggled with blood sugar & cortisol spikes but eating 3 good meals a day is really helping. However, I’ve been trying to slow down my exercise but then in your instagram, I see you doing most days quite intense training? I am trying to be strong & fit at 50 but also in a calm cortisol place. Hard to find a balance?! Messaging from a very soggy tent at the south of England show for 3 days!! Xx

Hi Rose, startet RHC only today.

Would love to join the metabolic program, hope this is still possible… Should I start from the beginning (which I would definitely prefer) or does it make more sense to jump in the actual phase?

Would be such a great help if the calendar list from the beginning of the program including recipes, training units and talks would still be available… 

Two more questions

*regarding supplements - I’m taking the Ancient & Brave True Collagen and Magnesium - are these ok and can I continue the collagen during the metabolic program?

* I love my green juice in the morning  - adding one apple… 🤫

Rose, thank you for the recipes on the site here. I nearly ‘gave up’ on Friday - I went to buy chocolate - but resisted and instead came home to cook the salmon/ginger recipe and today a tweaked version of sweet potato lasagne (with lentils). Enjoyed eating something different - had got a bit lentil dahled out! Thank you

Hey Rose - I can assume phase 3 with high protein is only going to aid my recovery. If you can please cover any other tips, I’d be VERY grateful. I ordered design for health vitamin d. Any other tweaks in the food plan I can take care of but I’m doing lots of ginger and tumeric root. The liquid days will help weight management whilst I can’t exercise for a few weeks 😢😢😢 is the universe telling me to slow down?!?! (Again) 🥹 xxx
