hello! loving the look of the upcoming january plan! one (possibly not small) question - i'm allergic to soya, so would welcome a suggestion as to a suitable replacement for the daily miso soup? I've found sold soy-free miso-style soups in the past, but they tend to have added sugars or be upf in other ways.
