Some Q’s for the March challenge please Rose, I’m running solo on this so trying to make my life easier:

  • May I use same dinner meals for 2  nights

  • Swap spinach for kale

  • Use a liquid day 1 recipe for breakfast with protein powder throughout the week for the 5 days

  • Am I still allowed almond milk in my 1 coffee a day 😆
