Just listened to Rose’s talk on the immune system. Dr Mark on Immunity also. Both so very educative and informative. We are so fortunate to have these brilliant resources. I now have lots of intelligent questions to ask my respiratory specialist. 🙏🙏

The sweet potato and kale was excellent for lunch. I used Cavalo Nero instead for Kale. Good filler for the walk with the dog in the storm !

I am in Mexico at Sha Mexico. I am here to try one of their programmes, and I am feeling very lucky, I must say! I am still going to run at 9 (my time)- on a beach in the sun, which is slightly different from the November weather I have been running in. How are you all doing team??? x

Can you recommend good supplements for anxiety. I currently take ashwaganda and Chill which contains L-Theanine, magnesium, saffron vit b6. Really struggling atm trying to avoid medicine if I can but I’m not adverse to that Avenue.
