Rose Ferguson perfect, thank you. Phase 1 was amazing for me in not even thinking about a snack. The last few days I’ve had some nuts with my lunch and no afternoon snack has been required 🙌🏻

Q: do you recommend that we are 3x meals/day without snacks for phase 2?

I’m eating at 8, 12 and 5:30 and some days this week have had a little hunger around 3:30-4 where lunch has been lighter. I’ve had some nuts or the snack from the meal plan and that has sorted me right out!
