Hey gang, I have a realllly random Q with this gorg weather fast approaching... do you wear SPF or not? I was never really a SPF person [long story], I became one! Just wanted to know what your go to is i.e. in your daily cream or a special one on top? Just looking for tips... again, really strange one and not quite health but health :) xxx

Rose Ferguson when you have a moment please can you help me understand the rationale behind ‘prebiotics’ & ‘fos’ was targeted on instagram so I clicked a post, led one read to another and now I’m curious. Whilst I take Epetome (thank you for the recco), should I also need a prebiotic please? Xx

I’m gutted I missed the Zoom with Dr Mark - having dinner with my family came first, so much for my longevity with a rose 😉 but it’s all about balance after all ❤️ (after the fibre, fibre, fibre) Rose Ferguson

Wednesday inspo - loving this digest and debloat by Artah combo with nettle tea in my TOTM regime. Twice a day, tastes no worse than tequila so very do-able 😉 What’s everyone else’s go to if when feeling a little bloated? 🤷‍♀️
