Roshni Savjani that whole foods store kills me, I could never work near it - my spend record in there is bonkers. Argh. Sucker huh!!! Xxx (specially those epic blue tortilla chips)

Hey Rachel Sinquefield-Kangas I’m vegetarian too, I do eat eggs though but top up with protein powder / green / red lentils / tofu and tempeh! Mung beans are amazing too. Chickpeas too!

Victoria Twiston-Davies oh but my biggest issue is I have NO control over almond butter - I can’t stop eating it. I’d put a dollop in water if I could 🥹

Gosh Victoria, I have this all the time and have had to treat the 12 hour eating with a balance - I eat my first meal at 10am, it’s the earliest I get round to it. Have started to gulp a tbsp of apple cider vinegar - HELPS big time! Tummy and heart will be content, try it …. I can’t last until lunchtime either and then wonder about thinking about food so settled for eating at 10am, having my morning coffee with it! Xx
