BTW Rose's all round theory is 3 meals a day, no snacking - manage bloody sugar [literally died trying to follow this when I first met Rose] but it works :)

Its funny that Laura Braslins Cook I have the same, Rose calls them mini meals, its basically a snack.. I've had apple + nut butter, houmous + cucumber / carrots. The Natoora hummus is DIVINE!!! I am laying low on eggs entirely or else I'd havea boiled egg 

Laura Braslins Cook hey Laura, so I tried both the two chicks [organic] carton and the clarence court carton, both = hives and itching. Crazy huh? I never used to have this intolerance but now I do [have had a histamine issue for a while, due to other issues thankfully resolved] x

Hiii Rose, one for Phase 3, just prepping in advance if I decide to order them. Are the benefits of using ALA's in combo with Phase 3 specific to that phase or 1 to continue for the remaining phases please? 

Also, a realisation - I had itchy / hives flare up after having an egg white omelette, I genuinely had not appreciated that there was a difference between whole eggs and egg white [carton, two chicks organic] and organic eggs! Bonkers huh?! I am OK now, but just in case anyone else experiences something like this! Xxx
