Hi Rose. I am completely lost! I started well but have had multiple work dinners, trips and drinks and now I don’t even know which phase we’re in or how to get back on track. Any advice for a reset (and how to feel a little less horrible after a period of eating and drinking all the wrong things) would be so welcome x

Hi Rose! Re the metabolic challenge, does no coffee & matcha mean no caffeine at all? Is green tea ok? Also what are your thoughts on decaffeinated coffee? And one more… I generally follow a 14:10 eating pattern (eating between 9am & 7pm). Do you recommend extending that to 12:12 for this first stage even though I’m used to 14:10? Though to be honest I still haven’t worked out what’s right for me so maybe this is my chance. Thank you so much! x

Can anyone recommend a good (single portion) smoothie maker that has a beaker/flask thing I can just unscrew and take to work to drink later? Thank you! xx
