Hey guys! Hope all is going well with liquid day. I’m in the Joe and the Juice queue for green tonic which is a top tip if you can’t bear cleaning the juicer. Headache all gone and feeling amazing though!! Through the worst now 🤗
My bad 🤣 husband is refusing the notion of a cauliflower stew. Is there a way I can double up on the meals by eating the Tuesday meal again on Thursday etc or is it part of the magic to stick to the plan exactly?
Hi Rose- for the club clinic do you think at some point we could talk about the glucose goddess. I mean are those terrifying graphs she puts up actually scientific? I’m not entirely convinced on the strategy of covering fruit with peanut butter etc to stop a spike and would love your thoughts! Thanks a mil x
