Tracy

Hi Rose, no worries. I never quite know where to place messages. I was mainly wondering if there was a substitute for buckwheat bread. It doesn't exist where I live. Thanks!

Rose Ferguson Hi Rose. Thanks and Happy New Year!

It doesn't take much for me to feel like I'm stuffed. My last meal has to be before 5 p.m., or else I wake up at 1:30 a.m. trying to digest it. I can suffer from acid reflux if I'm not careful about what I eat for dinner. I have always thought these things were due to digestion issues, but maybe it is an overall gut issue?

Rose Ferguson I'm glad that you were able to run safely. I know someone whose weekend walk was cancelled due to the weather. 😞

We are getting the remnants of your storm. Lots of wind and cold, but I did it!

I will try to continue the rule of 4 things, too! I've seen great results. I'm going to schedule the box breathing in until it becomes a habit to do it four times a day. I did breathing exercises in the morning but that was it.

Maybe 3 weeks to reinforce/form good habits. A shorter time may be good for veterans but too short for newbies. This is my third month or so, and I've noticed that I've benefited from the monthly challenges as it has taken time for my body and mind to get in sync. The-Happy-Holiday-Plan works for me because I've participated in two other monthly challenges. But this is based on my journey. It may be different for others.

Along my running route

I am! But I admit this has been the easiest part of the plan because I run/walk daily.

Rose Ferguson Hi Rose, thanks for that! FYI, the link worked this morning. I like the lives and watching a recorded one works for me. The important thing for me is to have a recording.
