Feeling great. I blitzed left over chickpea and cauliflower stew from Last night as I still had a good portion left so hope that was ok instead of the butternut squash. Have not felt hungry really. Feeling lighter already.

I couldn’t get buckwheat but got the seeded bread from Waitrose. They didn’t have Seedful but it was called the heart of nature and ingredients looked the same. I’m in the office tomorrow so getting prep done now. . Will have to do my juice tonight so it’s ready to go. Hope this is ok.

Fridge is on my list today 🤣 we are snowed in as well so good excuse to get organised.

I was going to ask the same. I’d quite like to reference back to the slides as there is additional information On them but don’t always have time to rewatch the recordings again.
