Rose, just noticed on the juice 72 timetable there’s only 5 juices but on the recipe sheet there’s 6 including the last one which is called the ultimate green power juice. Do we go for all 6 ?

Doing really well, my first juice tasted amazing 

Can I ask I struggle with seeds due to diverticular disease can I grind them and still get the benefits ?
