Hi Anoushka.

hope you had a great Sunday too.

The answer is yes. And we will be here to support you through too.

Supplement wise those are fine, you might find the coffee intense however. But the flip side is without it you might get a crashing headache which isn’t great either. X

Hey Carla, I use the sage juicers. I think they are great. The only downside is that they are quite big 😉

Hi ya. I will have a look into that for you x

Hi Nicole, I hope you are having a lovely weekend. Juice fasting is a great way to get an influx of phytonutrient power, but it can be stressful which is definitely something you don't need. I would suggest that you eat each night, and have a light meal around 5-6 pm. OR follow the liquid 72 option. How does that sound? x

Helen yes it is and for many the impact of the alcohol on the body is the issue more than the sulphites and preservatives x

Hi ya - I love a chilled kombucha myself and agree alcohol doesn't work so well for me either - although I still try!!! Low or zero-alcohol beers are made by limiting fermentation or removing alcohol after brewing, resulting in a drink that retains the flavour of traditional beer with much less alcohol. They generally use similar ingredients like water, barley, hops, and yeast, but may include additives or extra carbonation to mimic the taste and mouthfeel of regular beer. While some brands may add sugars or flavour enhancers, many low-alcohol options are not considered ultra-processed.

However, as always it's important to check labels for added sugars or preservatives.x
