Jodie Lee wow what an amazing story. Sorry that he passed, amazing that he was well throughout. That is the absolute goal. 

Glad you’re doing ok. 

Perhaps get a stool test done with parasitology included so you can see what’s going on. X

I hope you’re well. So sorry I didn’t see these before the session this morning. 

If you are trying to increase body weight focusing on 5 meals a day might help. Is your energy stable throughout the day? Or do you fluctuate? I only ask to try to understand more about how your blood glucose is working. 

Increasing the amount of food either by increasing meals or amount you eat at each meal is the best way. Increasing more substantial foods, such as protein, starchy veg (sweet potato, squash etc) and good fats, nuts seeds avocados etc. 

weight training is great always but make sure you are supporting any hardcore exercise with the correct fuel xx

How are you doing? I wanted to remind you all that we have R Doctor on Call tomorrow; we are here to answer any and all questions, so please let me know if you have any or join us live - this will be on Zoom, btw. 

If not, we are going to talk GLP1s and other peptides as that is something that I have been speaking about at the club this month, and it is all over the media - Dr Mark is an expert in peptides in general, so tune in to hear more tomorrow at 5 pm.

hi Lilia - No you aren't at all.Soup days are to fit in with your timetable and you will find them in the info on Phase 2 on page 9 of The Jan Plan 2025 - The Plan PDF xx
