Yes you can, and yes they do, as you say they are easier on the gut when they are ground - but if you are having any symptoms at all then you need to be really careful with fibre (as I am sure you already know).

Hi Syreeta, that should be fine - see how you go, if you are coming down with a cold it might be wise to give it a miss, or just do 24hrs again. Yes, I would absolutely stick to plants if you do the full 72! XXX

Yay - glad to hear it! NAD+, if you are going to take it orally, NAD Gold is good from Quick Silver Scientific, or Artah does a nice one too. Both are made from NMN and NR, which is what makes NAD + in the body. For the home kits I use the one from HUM2N xx
