Hi ya - I will go through these tomorrow in Club Clinic - The issue with plant milk is the crappy oils and ingredients that are added to lots and lots of them. I don't have an issue with ones that are the plants, water and salt. There is another issue with the glucose response, particularly to oats. But I will talk through this in clinic tomorrow at 5pm. AND the carbs that Fed is talking about too Adine and Claire x

Hi Ali, feel free to leave it out - the miso is what we want in the is phase - for the gut. You can try adding sea veg in other places; you can get it dried and add it on top of salads and vegetables, too, maybe???
