Hi ya - you can have coffee and matcha. One a day - and I would love you to do 12:12 around abouts for phase 1. I went through everything (I think) in the session yesterday - so have a listen to that and I hope it makes sense xx

Hi Clare, yes that is normal , waking when fasting is super common, basicilly the body is wondering what the hell is going on and will wake you to say you need to eat! glad you enjoyed it - I loved it very much x
