@imane I am so sorry you are not well, rice and potatoes, particularly cooked and cooled potatoes, will be great for your gut recovery. Please don't worry about anything else until that has calmed down.

Hi Victoria, A mini meal is what you need! This could be a bowl of chicken soup, a snack, some nuts or some hard-boiled eggs. Try making that smoothie a bit more substantial, adding nut butter or even some psyllium. Or have a solid breakfast.

Try those things and see how you go - also check in with yourself to see if you are hungry, bored, or tired. Having said that, knowing what we do about your adrenal challenges, not adding to stress is key for you!

I am very glad you are feeling improvements, and while I can tell you what you should do - the only person who can do it is you! X

Hi ya - you can have coffee and matcha. One a day - and I would love you to do 12:12 around abouts for phase 1. I went through everything (I think) in the session yesterday - so have a listen to that and I hope it makes sense xx
