Hi Gaynor - I do take it - as I mentioned I take a subcutaneous shot every 4 days. It is an emerging area atm. In recent years, NAD+ has gained attention in the scientific community for its potential in anti-ageing and longevity research. Emerging science suggests that increasing NAD+ levels in the body might help slow down the ageing process, improve metabolism, and enhance cellular repair mechanisms. However, while the research is promising, it's still in the early stages, and more studies are needed to fully understand the benefits and risks of NAD+ supplementation. I will definitely do something on this for you guys x

Yes - here are a few things I would think about when buying collagen powder -

Source of Collagen – Look for collagen that’s derived from grass-fed, pasture-raised animals or sustainably sourced marine life. This generally indicates better quality and fewer contaminants. Bovine collagen is great for skin, hair, nails, and joints, while marine collagen is often preferred for skin health.

Type of Collagen – Collagen comes in various types, with Type I and Type III being most beneficial for skin, hair, and nails, and Type II for joints and cartilage. Knowing what you want to target will help you choose the right type.

Hydrolysed Collagen – Ensure the collagen is hydrolysed, which means it’s broken down into smaller, more easily absorbed peptides. This enhances its bioavailability and effectiveness.

Minimal Ingredients – A good collagen powder should be free from unnecessary fillers, additives, artificial sweeteners, and preservatives. Ideally, it should contain just collagen
