Yay - glad to hear it! NAD+, if you are going to take it orally, NAD Gold is good from Quick Silver Scientific, or Artah does a nice one too. Both are made from NMN and NR, which is what makes NAD + in the body. For the home kits I use the one from HUM2N xx

Hi Rachel. Well done on day one! 

Definitely don’t want to be juicing with the family 😉. Use the food lists as your guide and follow as much as you can. There are loads on there, and the idea is that these plans offer loads of options so that life can go on. 

Anoushka Huntington-Bowles is right. Do what you can. And you can absolutely shift the days in week 2. I just wouldn’t want you doing it this week. Also consider doing 48hrs. X
