Yes you are!!!!! Just introduce foods that were put in phase 1 slowly. Tomatoes are back too!

looks delicious - and don't worry - there was a 24 hour juice fast in for phase 1, and yes there is another longer one next week x

Yes you can, and yes they do, as you say they are easier on the gut when they are ground - but if you are having any symptoms at all then you need to be really careful with fibre (as I am sure you already know).

Hi Syreeta, that should be fine - see how you go, if you are coming down with a cold it might be wise to give it a miss, or just do 24hrs again. Yes, I would absolutely stick to plants if you do the full 72! XXX
