Definitely don’t want to be juicing with the family 😉. Use the food lists as your guide and follow as much as you can. There are loads on there, and the idea is that these plans offer loads of options so that life can go on. 

Anoushka Huntington-Bowles is right. Do what you can. And you can absolutely shift the days in week 2. I just wouldn’t want you doing it this week. Also consider doing 48hrs. X

Alternatively you will be able to watch once it is processed and added to the category xx

Hi ya. The Ninja ones are meant to be very good. I have an old Philips one which does the job fine, but the basket is too small for bigger things like a whole chicken…… maybe I will get one too! 🤩
