hi Rachel, I love Sophie; she is great -  and yes, soy milk can be beneficial for oestrogen balance because it is a great source of phytoestrogens (isoflavones), which can have a balancing effect on oestrogen and may therefore be protective effects against breast cancer. I don’t tend to include it in my plans for a few reasons. Firstly, for those with thyroid concerns, soy can interfere with function—especially if iodine intake is low. Secondly, many commercial soy milks are ultra-processed, often made with GMO soy, as long as you are getting a really good quality one that is fine,  xx

Hi ya. We will cover this too 😊. An answer for now is that it might be. Are you a coffee drinker. Are you waiting an hour before your drink it? 

If you are starving by lunch then I would move your first fuelling earlier in the day. And aim for 3 meals. But we can chat about this on Monday. (We have R Doc in on Monday too)
