Hi Syreeta - Citrate is good for getting the bowel moving - and glycinate is great for sleep. I would usually use Glyciante, but for the plan, citrate is a better fit x

hi ya - yes, that one is delicious, and while it would be great to stick with the veg juice, both those can help you sustain a longer fast - adding cinnamon is really helpful for blood glucose balance - hang in there xx
