No fancy pictures required!  Love these - and well done to you- don't think about the steps - maybe reframe this as a more still time, do all those things you wish you had time to do but can't when you are rushing around all the time!  I know that isn't going to help, I am just trying to put a positive spin on it! 😉

Hi There 100% you can - you could have some steamed veg, soup ( more soup! hahah) or something plant based. beans nuts etc x
