I would say that if you are struggling in the 2nd half of your cycle, including something like flax can help a lot. Having said that, it is important to support with lifestyle too - a calmer time, less stressful exercise, think restorative xx

Hi Helen - I do really like IM8 - it is a powder (too sweet for me) but a vast improvement in Berocca!!! 😜

Hi, Leanne - I hope you are well aside from the hair issue. The thyroid is often the driver for hair loss - or perimenopause Supplement wise biotin is the one everyone goes to; there is one called Vivscal, which is quite effective for some. However, it would be good to know more.

I will ask them - but  I am not sure they will do that if I am being honest - I use the videos while I am in the gym with my headphones it is great xx

Thank you for posting this, Victoria, I am sure that is going to inspire everyone to give this week a real go! And on the note of eating more - isn't it crazy what how much we can eat  of the right food and feel bloody great xxx
