Gabrielle Bibby sounds like some low-grade inflammation or wear and tear is building up, which is common around the hips, especially if you’re active. Keep the anti-inflammatory foods high, stay on top of magnesium, and consider an SPM or good quality omega 3, if you’re not already. Slow, controlled strength work (glutes, hamstrings, core) can help loads – maybe worth seeing a physio too, just to check movement patterns. x

@amy Yes – when you’re on antibiotics, it’s worth upping fermented foods (like sauerkraut, kimchi, kefir) and making sure you’re getting plenty of prebiotic fibre (think leeks, onions, oats, flax). A bit of bone broth can be great too – soothing and supportive. And go easy on sugar and alcohol while your gut rebalances. x

Hi Julia Bastiman   Ohhhh—thank you for bringing that to my attention. The breakfast recipes were not updated in the final version to match the protein levels stated. The lunches and dinners are all okay ( but I will double-check that). We have taken the recipe book down and will redo it and have it back up today!

I will go through additional protein requirements tomorrow in R Club Clinic, and thank you again. x
