You can use the food lists to guide you at every meal or stick to the recipes. Timing wise I have left it open as people have different daily layouts.
As an idea though, for phase 1 eating at 10, 2 and 5.30 would be ideal. Eating early is great for sleep! You can nudge that timetable up or down a little to fit in with you though. Xx
