Hereās one I need some help on please Rose FergusonĀ Iām a good eater usually (90%) and mindful, diverse flavours (pre and probiotics) do you think I ought to take Epetome daily? Hi Rose! Re the metabolic challenge, does no coffee & matcha mean no caffeine at all? Is green tea ok? Also what are your thoughts on decaffeinated coffee? And one more⦠I generally follow a 14:10 eating pattern (eating between 9am & 7pm). Do you recommend extending that to 12:12 for this first stage even though Iām used to 14:10? Though to be honest I still havenāt worked out whatās right for me so maybe this is my chance. Thank you so much! x

Happy Monday! I have 4 weeks to hit a really close friends wedding (plus a few nights out in between). Please, I figured if I start it today, in any event follow the basics ā¤ļø Andddd Iām sure the answer is yes, but I loved your recipes from the monthly 5 day challenge, Iām going to incorporate those recipes and tailor a few things to stick to the phased content. Are dates inc in dried fruits? Almond butter is a no too right? (I donāt mind as I love control over it). May we incorporate a liquid day in phase 1? I enjoy Wednesday as a mid week since my first protocol. When you say miso is that miso soup? My eating window has always been closer to the one in.
