Would love to join the metabolic program, hope this is still possible… Should I start from the beginning (which I would definitely prefer) or does it make more sense to jump in the actual phase?
Would be such a great help if the calendar list from the beginning of the program including recipes, training units and talks would still be available…

*regarding supplements - I’m taking the Ancient & Brave True Collagen and Magnesium - are these ok and can I continue the collagen during the metabolic program?
* I love my green juice in the morning - adding one apple… 🤫
