Hi Rose. I wanted to hear your answer about VIT  D on the live. The live on the 18th is showing up as a red dot on the calendar saying it’s not available due to connectivity issues. I did try to join it live too. iI’m holding off taking my VIT D once a month because the Immunity shots u recommended r coming soon. 

Question for the live. What do you think of once a month VIT D supplements. I obtained some in Italy at the pharmacy. Can you overdose if Vitamin D is included in other supplement blends? 

it’s all fabulous. I’ve really challenged myself to speak only in Italian it’s worked. I’m fitting in well. On plane now flying to London for a few lovely last days before home to Australia.
