Hi all - so I have just done a 3 day liquid plan rather than 3 day juice. I feel fabulous, lighter and more energy. And the liquids kept me going during lots of exercise and commuting/working in London, I didn’t get tired like I do if I try and juice fast. I used the Liquid Day in Rose’s Protein Power plan from a few months ago. Highly recommend. Feel like doing this more frequently (for one day) is an easy lifestyle option. If Rose reads this, would be interested to hear what you think Rose about how often I could have a liquid day (that wasn’t part of a detox/retox cycle which I know is negative…)
