Probiotics in phase 2 (planning ahead), should they be taken all year round? I did 3 months after my long course of antibiotics and gut issues. If so I can reinstate my epetome ❤️ xx
Great to see you this morning live ahead of the Metabolic reset which is exciting as I love a long haul challenge. Now, Rose Ferguson I think I already know the answer to this but I’m wishful thinking that you might say it’s ok…. I adore making sourdough and adore eating it just as much. I know the gluten is much less but there is some present none the less and wondered if I could keep this in the plan? Xx
Hey Rose Ferguson sooo excited about the Metabolic reset!! Just perusing the phase 1 docs, intrigued by Chromium picolinate (for sugar balance) - how long does one take this for? Is there is a target audience for this supp? Or one for all - I am not a refined sugar person, hence the ask but I love fruit [berries are my go to, daily] thanks as ever xxx
Thank you Rose, I really enjoyed that and will take everything I have learnt in the retreat going forward. I did the juice cleanse yesterday which was amazing. The juices were delicious. I did wake up super early this morning tho and felt a bit giddy and headachy, I guess that is normal. Thanks so much again.
