Hey Rose. I checked into your whole foods checkin, thank you so much for answering my Q’s on fasting / cycles and Magnesium - super helpful. I did pick up on your term seed cycling, I see a lot of noise about it on Insta too. Pumpkin seeds / sunflower seeds + flaxseed are semi always part of my one a day of late. Ought we be concerned with seed cycling … as in, it it for everyone or just if you get really hormonal? Just curious xx
