Roshni Savjani Sourdough behaves slightly differently, as though the fermenting process, the live bacteria do some of the work for you with the gluten, SOOOOOO if you are very attached, then you can have it. I would give it a miss in phase 2, and then you will be able to compare any effect when you put it back in phase 3 xxx
