Hi Rose, I'm (my body is) really benefitting from the Metabolic Method. I think I joined the R Health Club at a time when you built the base, but even if all of this was new to me, the benefits of the plan are easy to understand, and, with a bit of discipline, the plan is easy to follow. I do have one question. How do I incorporate increasing my VO2 Max? Thanks!

Hey Rose - I see liver juice floating about alot, I also saw it on your shop. Does it help clear out oxalate overload and my skin mapping issue [assumption] suggests my breakout is liver / stomach related largely due to consuming beetroot daily and raw kale - my bad, I had no idea it would have a negative impact. I have developed some red patch and spots on my eyebrows [func meds says liver / digest issue] could this be the raw veg uncooked into a protein shake?. I ordered Liver juice to see if it may help xxx

Hello Rose Ferguson and everyone. I hope you are well. I’ve been quiet lately as lots going on in life. 

I wanted to ask your experience with wild yam cream, for helping hormone balance from day 12 ish. A friend has recommended I try it…

Also, I’m going abroad soon with the children, my first time as a single mama. I would love all the advice on what to take with me to help keep germs from the flight at bay, for me and the children (15 & 9 years), as well as things for when we are there for any upset tummies,  and protein / collagen powders / vit c / glutithione in sachet form etc.

Hi Rose, just watched the video on muscles, very informative! You might have answered this before but should I eat before training?  I like to do a strong reformer class a couple of times a week at 730am and then eat breakfast afterwards, but I’ve heard some people say I should have a banana or yoghurt before exercise. Thanks
