Q: do you recommend that we are 3x meals/day without snacks for phase 2?

I’m eating at 8, 12 and 5:30 and some days this week have had a little hunger around 3:30-4 where lunch has been lighter. I’ve had some nuts or the snack from the meal plan and that has sorted me right out!

Hiii Rose, one for Phase 3, just prepping in advance if I decide to order them. Are the benefits of using ALA's in combo with Phase 3 specific to that phase or 1 to continue for the remaining phases please? 

Also, a realisation - I had itchy / hives flare up after having an egg white omelette, I genuinely had not appreciated that there was a difference between whole eggs and egg white [carton, two chicks organic] and organic eggs! Bonkers huh?! I am OK now, but just in case anyone else experiences something like this! Xxx
