Hey Rose - I see liver juice floating about alot, I also saw it on your shop. Does it help clear out oxalate overload and my skin mapping issue [assumption] suggests my breakout is liver / stomach related largely due to consuming beetroot daily and raw kale - my bad, I had no idea it would have a negative impact. I am so used to just chucking all veg into my protein shake. Do you think Liver juice is / can be helpful please? Xxx

Any tips for surviving this heatwave? I’m on the waters, smoothies and electrolytes but still feeling a bit dizzy. It’s to hit « feels like 40 » today. Yikes

Hi. I am really enjoying the phases & in 1 & 2 felt brilliant. Im nearly 50 & my last period was my 1st abnormal period. I’ve been feeling bloated & not so great. Do I just roll with it & stick to plan as much as I can, get back on track? That’s why I was asking about chocolate or dates because I was craving just a little sweet something. I just wanted to feel great by the end of term but maybe I just keep plugging on….. Do you have ups & downs?! Do you do a few juice days to reset or stick with phases?

Morning Rose. Just cooked an omelette with avocado - delicious, thank you. I rarely use salt but always for eggs. Should we be restricting salt on the Metabolic plan?

OMG just tuned into your UPF video… horror stories, I mean mine was the writing on the wall, 10 cal jelly, Diet Coke, low calorie yogurt, sweetener in every meal, grenade bars - do I go on! So glad it has been in the bin since never entered the house again! Granted we can’t avoid it fully but 2000000% agree with that plant based burger shit! Utter nonsense, argh. That bugs me too (even thinking about it) ruined me, all of it did!!! Xxx

Hi Rose. Phase 1 & 2 💥3 a bit wobbly, I was doing too much (half term & more tents!) for all the juices but dipped in & out. It’s just hard when juggling life & cooking for 6 of us. Also, I’m feeling so much better re cortisol spikes, I didn’t want to risk it. Anyway, am fully committed to phase 4! A couple of random questions pls: Do I still mini meal (boiled egg, handful of nuts) if not breakfasting until 9ish? For a sweet snack, a date or dark chocolate square? Why can ONE drink make me feel grotty, is my liver too cleansed or too tired?! I try to be relaxed about alcohol & think occasionally it’s good for me but live in hangover fear (my husband says I need to train more!!) Best Suncream for face, do you use spf in moisturiser or separate Suncream? Thank you 🙏🏻
